References

You can add references to a case to link to relevant external information.

To add a reference, go to the bottom of the case where references are located 1. From there, you can create a new reference and add the title 2, the link 3, and an optional description 4.

References can be either private or shared with the counterparty 5. Private references are only visible to your own company. Shared references are visible to both parties in the case. This makes it easy to control what information is shared externally and what is kept for internal use.
