Work without the counterpart

You can easily handle cases with counterparts that will not be invited to Endre.

To do so, you can invite a company and mark it as internal 1. This allows you to manage cases on their behalf without needing to invite their team.

Once an internal company is created, you can create and save cases against it. You will then be able to respond to these cases on the company’s behalf 2. For instance, if they inform you by email that they approve a case, you can record that approval for them 3.

You can also add attachments 4, notes and messages on their behalf to document how the case evolves over time.
